The Kelly is designed as a single-story home. However, if you need even more space and your lot and budget allow, we could discuss a custom modification like adding a bonus room above the garage. What size lot do I need for The Kelly?
Because The Kelly is a larger one-story with a three-car garage, it does require a wider lot than some of our smaller models.
